As a Principal in Haag Brown Development, Joshua shapes the company's direction and leads innovative projects, including the pioneering 150-acre E-Commerce Park, a cornerstone distribution center development in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Joshua values authenticity in both personal and professional life, which has been key to his success. Outside work, he enjoys outdoor adventures and is currently completing an intense 4-year travel bucket list with his wife Britni and their children, Alex and Lincoln.

Jeff was a member of the United States Air Force’s 34th Fighter Squadron and currently serves as the Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors at Ridgefield Christian School. He and his wife Erica are deeply devoted to raising their three children and spend lots of time supporting their various activities.

Greg Haag is a Principal at Haag Brown Development known for his extensive portfolio of national retail developments across the southern United States. He collaborates with city governments and development agencies, conducting crucial economic studies called Leakage Analysis to understand a market’s spending patterns and ability to support retailers.
Greg is dedicated to improving the retail industry, evident through his involvement in the International Council of Shopping Centers and his recognition as the "Arkansas State University College of Business Executive of the Year." With nearly three decades of experience, Greg manages a heavy workload, often handling up to 15 projects at once.
On the rare occasion Greg is not on a work mission, he can be found traveling, camera in hand, with his family in their airstream to various national parks across America.

Dylan Qualls, a prime member of the Asset Management team at Haag Brown Commercial, is dedicated to his role of overseeing some of Jonesboro's most notable assets. From the 2400 Building to Urbantech, The Highlands, Woodpsrings Plaza, Southwest Drive Center, Bernard Court, and Turtle Creek Crossing, Dylan's hands-on approach ensures that each property reaches its full potential. He's committed to going above and beyond to guarantee client satisfaction, always striving to optimize functionality and maximize value for every property owner.
Dylan loves all things sports, is a dedicated Arkansas Razorback fan, and is well on his way to visiting every MLB stadium in the country.

Outside the office, Zac is a devoted family man, spending time with his wife and two daughters. He actively serves on the school board for the Trumann School District, coaches his daughter’s softball team, and passionately supports his beloved Red Sox.
