The facility is located adjacent to Black River Technical College in the Pocahontas Industrial Park and sits on 37 acres on Hwy 304, approximately 1/2 Mile east of Hwy 67 and two miles west of the future I-57. The quantity of thriving industrial activity in the surrounding area, coupled with the convenience and accessibility of the site’s location, presents a range of support for healthy and sustainable facility operations.
Tate Industries, a leader in the design and production of advanced raised access flooring, airflow optimization, and infrastructure systems for commercial and data center environments, closed on the property in October of 2024.
The facility was listed by Haag Brown Commercial’s Industrial Division, and in just 6 months, the deal was under contract.
The arrival of Tate Industries marks a major milestone for the Pocahontas community as it recognizes the city’s growing prominence in the region’s industrial landscape and will create over 140 new jobs to boost the local economy.
