This 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility - which has expansion plans to OVER 160,000 SQUARE FEET - will be located on 8.88 acres near the intersection of Industrial Park Access Road and Pecan Grove Road, just north of the Wal-Mart Super Center. The eight-figure investment will feature 5,500+ square feet of office space, a large access plaza with 14+ dock doors, 60+ parking spaces, extensive landscaping, and a 3.62 acre lake with walking trail.
When complete, the Steel Creek Development will feature multiple restaurants, stores, single and multi-family housing, offices, warehousing, and an event venue all nestled amid multiple water features, green spaces, and a connective walking/riding trail system.

The new warehouse facility is set to break ground in mid-May and is expected to be complete for operation in summer 2024!
